Join us as we pay tribute to an outstanding disabled sportsman and other inspirational people including many tetraplegics as we present our sports awards. We aim to celebrate sporting achievement and triumph over adversity in the relaxed atmosphere of the Intercontinental Hotel.

The Snowdonia Charity Challenge (See AFC for details)

Be part of Regain’s Snowdonia Challenge 10th and biggest anniversary event. Teams of four cycle 40 miles, climb Snowdonia and canoe a lake course. Awards are presented in the evening and this year there will be a very special party afterwards.

India Bike Ride (See AFC for details)

Cycle through the land of the kings on a five day challenge in Rajasthan. The trip starts with a visit to the Taj Mahal and finishes in the magnificent city of Jaipur.
